Silver Waves

that is the name of granite we picked for our countertops on Saturday.  It's pretty dark but has lots of white veining running through it - giving it an overall lighter look.   Lot's of drama and contrast - but not too dark overall.

The final slab picking process was quite simple.  We went back to the supplier and they only had one slab out that was 'untagged' or unreserved.  SO they had to pull more slabs out form the warehouse.

We liked the original slab that had been on display best, so we tagged that one, and one slab from the new stack.

countertops  = #done

except for the cutting, polishing installing and sealing - but i'm not doing any of that work :)
