well, that was super fast. we put our place on the market on a wednesday. and had a signed contract the following friday. I'm still knocking on wood about it, after the crazy times we've had buying a place, ( cough cough winnemac cough) we know that a deal isn't done until keys and money have changed hands, so i'm not exactly counting my chickens yet. HOWEVER, it feels really good to not have to keep our apartment spotlessly clean anymore!
Our place proved VERY popular. It was #winning all the online real estate sites, garnering a favorable number of views and saves on Zillow and earning a "Hot Home" designation from Redfin.
I can't believe it sold so fast and for so much! Isn't that like double what you paid? Amazing!
