Period Inspiration

Jon and i discovered the Cinemax show The Knick a short while ago when HBO was streaming the first season for free.  Recently comcast gave a free week to binge on the second season, without adding a subscription to the channel.  it did not disappoint.

It's a show that takes place in 1900 New York City at a hospital - so you can imagine how often all i've noticed in a scene is the beautiful tile work and bold light fixtures.

I think our inspiration for our bathrooms is officially a sate-of-the-art 1900's operating room.
